This rare coin was the second lowest minted coin at the Philadelphia Mint, making it the most scarce of all Philadelphia Morgan silver dollars. This coin is graded Choice MS63 and is in exceptional condition. The Pittman Act caused approximately 270 million Morgan dollars to be melted down, and as a result, less than 20% of these fine coins are still in Choice Brilliant Uncirculated condition today.
